In 1 to 1 coaching, I draw from my training in yoga, meditation, tantra, shamanism and PSYCH-K® to support my clients in removing stress, reconnecting to their inner wisdom and upleveling in any area of their lives.

My facilitation is rooted in the knowing that you are your own best guide.

 I hold safe space for you to clarify your goals, release internal blocks and step into the next level of your potential.

Together, we will:

Amelia’s work has a physical element to it - she often asks me to breathe deeply and speak to the experience of my body rather than my mind.
