My intrigue in yoga was born from the age of six, when I would watch and climb around my mum during her morning yoga practice. Through the trials and tribulations of adolescence, young adulthood and my career travelling around the world as an international fashion model, yoga became my grounding solace and way to reconnect to my authentic nature in a superficial industry.
My yoga classes are based on traditional Ashtanga yoga due to it's powerful physical and energetic benefits, however I deliver my classes in a more gentle and fluid form that encourages students to challenge themselves into deeper layers of physical strength and embodied presence. I infuse traditional and modern styles of yoga and weave my love of tantra, dance, shamanism and music to enhance each session of embodied exploration.
My yoga, meditation and coaching practice draw from my studies of both Eastern and Western healing approaches including psychology, CBT, ACT, NLP, Ashtanga Yoga, various styles of Meditation, Tantra, Shamanism and intuitive movement. Including 267h of Yoga Alliance Certified training in teaching Ashtanga Yoga, Sacred Dance & Ritual and Yoga as treatment for Anxiety, Depression and Eating Disorders.
