Embodiment Coaching
My coaching sits at the meeting point of somatics and creative expression, it’s a space to listen more deeply to yourself and bring whatever is alive for you — personal goals, creative projects, inner questions, challenges or life transitions.
Together, we work with the intelligence of your body. Through meditation, yoga, somatic tools and PSYCH-K®, we release stress and help you reconnect with clarity, courage and creative flow.
Yoga, Meditation and Embodiment
These practices help regulate your nervous system and guide you back to a calm and centred state. You’ll receive recordings of the guided meditations we explore together, supporting integration and your personal practice between sessions.
Embodiment practices strengthen interoception — your ability to feel and interpret internal signals — and reconnect mind and body in a way that supports emotional regulation, intuition, and creative expression. From here, we can gently shift patterns, reframe challenges, and create habits that support your energy.
PSYCH-K®
Sometimes we know what we want, yet an invisible inner barrier keeps us circling the same patterns.
PSYCH-K® works at the subconscious level — the place where our beliefs, behaviours, and emotional responses are shaped. It helps dissolve stress, release limiting patterns and realign your inner world with the changes you want to see in your outer life. Whether you’re navigating recurring challenges or feeling blocked around a goal, PSYCH-K® offers a direct, effective way to create internal shifts that last.

I believe healing and transformation should be accessible. My offerings have set prices and I also offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions and flexible payment plans to support those who feel called to this work but are not able to meet the set prices. All rates receive the same presence and support.
