Yoga & Meditation Sessions

Personalised practices to ground your body, calm your mind and restore your energy.

In 1:1 sessions, we design practices that meet you where you are — your body, your lifestyle and your goals. These sessions give you sustainable tools for presence, clarity and energy you can carry into every area of life.

  • Yoga (45–60 mins, in Sydney): personalised sequences and adjustments to support strength, flexibility and balance — helping you build confidence, prevent injury and deepen your practice with a solid foundation.

  • Meditation (40 mins, in person or online): guided practices tailored to your intentions, with space for reflection and questions. You’ll expand both your experience and understanding, discovering which techniques truly support you. Recordings are provided so you can continue between sessions.

PSYCH-K® Sessions

Rapid subconscious change to dissolve stress and unlock new possibilities.

Sometimes we know what we want but subconscious patterns hold us back. PSYCH-K® is a simple, effective process that helps shift stress and beliefs at the subconscious level, where most of our actions and habits are shaped.

These sessions create space to release limiting patterns, dissolve stress and align your inner world with the changes you want to bring into your outer life. Whether you’re moving through recurring challenges or working toward a goal that feels blocked, PSYCH-K® offers an effective way to move through resistance and open the path to change.

Embodiment Mentorship

Deep, ongoing support to expand your capacity and align your life with your creative rhythm.

Mentorship gives you a dedicated space to bring whatever is alive for you — personal goals, creative projects, challenges or life transitions. Together, we’ll weave yoga, meditation, somatic tools and PSYCH-K® to help you meet life with resilience and creativity.

These practices strengthen interoception — your ability to feel and interpret internal signals — and build a deeper connection between body and mind. From here, we gently shift patterns, reframe challenges and create sustainable habits that support your energy and creative expression.

Includes:

  • Weekly or bi-weekly 60-min sessions (online or in person)

  • Tailored practices and session notes

  • Integration resources + WhatsApp support between sessions

I believe healing and transformation should be accessible. I have set prices for my offerings but I also offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions and flexible payment plans to support those who feel called to this work but are not able to meet the set prices. All rates receive the same presence and support.
